Our Process
The first step in the bathroom remodel process is to capture your vision for your project. During an initial phone call we like to have photos available to understand the size of the room and the kinds of changes you are looking to make so we can begin to establish a possible starting budget and plan.

After we gather as much information as is known, we book a Step 2 site measure and consult meeting. Once a customer agrees to advance into Step 3 of Our Process, we use the customer’s wish list, budget, and site measure assessment to be able to begin to estimate, design, and establish timelines. This information is then provided in a Bid Presentation with a fully detailed written quote assuming that all product selections and allowances have been made with our suppliers.
If you decide that we are proceeding together, a 1% fee is collected. We then complete a more detailed estimate based on determined material selections to ensure our quote is accurate and your vision is captured (additional fees may apply for renderings and detailed design).
After materials are chosen, payments are collected in stages, enabling us to order everything we will need to complete the job. Once work begins, our customers have often commented about how well organized and quickly the work proceeds. Nothing is left to chance. Timelines are followed and the work is completed as promised, ensuring your beautiful new remodeled bathroom comes to life.

How long will does it take to get a quote?
2 to 4 weeks depending on floor plan change or addition etc.
How long does it take to do a bathroom renovation?
Typically 6 to 8 weeks to begin the work but this will fluctuate throughout the year. Once we have begun the work an average bathroom will typically take one to two weeks to complete.
Do you have in house designers?
We have in-house designers who work with both 2D and 3D. We also work with architects and designers in the area.
I have my own designer/architect, will you work with them?
Yes. We have worked with some of the best designers and architects, and are happy to coordinate with people you would like us to.
Will you install products that I provide?
No. To protect our customers and our reputation we help procure products you can trust.
Do you use sub-trades? or Are your trades qualified?
The majority of our trades are in-house. All of the trades are qualified kitchen and bathroom specialists.
