Our quote will provide a complete timeline breakdown for the length of the project, but it is all contingent on the scale and scope of the multi-room remodel.
We recommend partnering with interior designers on all larger projects, such as whole home remodels. We partner with several local designers who can help you pinpoint exactly what you are looking for, while enhancing the value of your overall investment.
Still, we do not require you to partner with a designer. If you have a clear vision for your home, you may wish to forego the professional input.
We do not use customer provided materials because Vision cannot guarantee those products under our 10 year warranty. Vision is confident in the quality of the product we are supplying for your home.
We value our customer’s help, and will work with you to ensure that if you are doing any of the work it doesn’t interfere with our warrantied construction process.
Adding in an addition will modify the cost and timeline of your overall project, but our team would be happy to discuss incorporating a home addition to your remodel.
Most of our customers access renovation loans through their banks. We do not offer in-house financing at this time.
Our workmanship has a 10 year warranty. The premium products we install each have their own generous manufacturers warranty.
Yes, we are fully insured. We carry a $4M general liability insurance policy and all the Bureau of Workers Compensation requirements for all our internal team members and require the same for all our trade partners. Certificates are available upon request.
