Envision
To start, we ask you to share photos of your space, some notes about your goals, and your ballpark budget so we can begin to learn about your vision.
Explore
Once we’ve had the opportunity to review your project based on the details you provide, we arrange a visit to conduct an assessment and to learn as much as we can about what you hope to achieve.
There will be a $100 site measurement fee for this meeting, which will cover the cost of our team traveling to your home and developing a more detailed estimate. This fee will go towards the cost of your remodel.
Plan
We are then prepared to put together a formal bid that includes a quote, timeline, and design. If you choose to proceed, we require a 1% fee based on the higher end of the budget range included with the formal bid. This allows us to complete a detailed quote, spelling out each element of your project before landing on a final price. (If drawings and 3D renderings are required, the fee rises to 2%.)
In this phase, we also confirm material selections to ensure your detailed quote is accurate and that your project will come to life as you envision. We have a number of outstanding sources for products, and we insist on high-quality selections for all of our remodels. This allows us to provide a 10-year warranty on our work along with industry-leading warranties from our preferred manufacturers. It also provides you with peace of mind that your space will be built with durable, exceptional materials that will serve your family far into the future.
Build
It’s time to get to work! We kick off the build phase of each project with energy and excitement! We curate a file with all the details of your project to ensure that our field team is well-versed on the ins-and-outs of your project before we ever swing a hammer.

Kitchen Remodel Timelines
In terms of timelines, from our initial phone call to our Bid Presentation is generally about 30 to 60 days. After the kitchen remodel contract is signed and deposit secured, we then order all of the products needed to do the job. Once they have been received, your project is scheduled and the work begins to make your kitchen remodel dream a reality. From the time of demolition to a completed kitchen remodel takes between five and eight weeks, depending on the scope of work and the size of the room. Where room additions or engineered floor plan changes are required, timelines will differ.

Our quoting process is designed to be detailed and transparent. After an initial call and in-home consultation, we prepare a full design and proposal within a few weeks normally. This timeframe allows us to involve our designers, suppliers, and trade partners so your quote is accurate and thorough.
