Remodeling or building a new custom home can be stressful. From deciding on a budget you are comfortable with, choosing a contractor that you like and trust, and making all the selections to create an end product that you absolutely love, the process can seem overwhelming.
1) What do you love about working at Vision Construction?
“Since I was a young boy trading baseball cards with the neighborhood kids, I have always had the heart of an entrepreneur. That entrepreneurial spirit has grown into a deep love of developing a team of incredible people that are truly dedicated to serving our clients and ultimately our community. I take that leadership role very seriously here at Vision Construction, but never forgetting to have some fun along the way!”
2) What motivates you?
– I truly get motivated by challenges. Whether that challenge is helping a client expand their footprint on their existing home to provide more enjoyable space for their family or hiring a new rockstar Vision team member to aid in our continued growth, I love solving problems. Then when I see the smile on a client’s face after we present their finished product or I see the growth in confidence in a new team member, it brings me great joy and gratitude.
3) What do you enjoy doing with your free time? Hobby, lifestyle, testimony, etc.
– Traveling and visiting new places has always been a great love that our whole family has enjoyed. From tent camping at local state parks to history-seeking excursions around Europe and the Mediterranean, we get exited to see what the world has to offer. Reading a great self-help book or listening to an informative podcast while I run also keeps me active and hopefully my mind sharp.

1) What do you love about working at Vision Construction?
– I love working at Vision Construction because I have flexibility and I enjoy working with the homeowners in the end at the finish of the project. Speaking with them about what they love about their remodel is so rewarding.
2) What motivates you?
– I get motivated when I know it’s time to share with the homeowner the finished project gift. At this time they share how much they love their newly remodeled space.
3) What do you enjoy doing with your free time? Hobby, lifestyle, testimony, etc.
– I enjoy vacationing with my family, but one on one time with my husband is a must. We all love enjoying the outdoors together. I am honored to be a part of the Vision team. I enjoy learning new things about the business when I complete any task. I feel a sense of pride with my accomplishments.

What I like best about working for Vision.
The large variety of projects that we do from, bathroom renovations to whole house renovation and additions.
What motivates me? Life! You never know when it will be your last day or chance to make an impact on those around you, so don’t hesitate to let others know how you feel about them and what they mean to you.
My hobbies are hiking, camping and working with my search and rescue team, Ohio LandSAR, helping people has always been a real passion for me and going out and searching for a lost loved one is a great way of doing that.

Working at Vision has been an incredible experience. I love coming to work with a great group of guys who enjoy each other’s company and building fun, unique remodels. My favorite parts of the job are seeing the end product of a tiling job or working to create custom built-ins for our clients. I’m motivated by seeing the end vision of our project but doing it with the quality of what I would want done in my home. Outside of work I am a Masters student getting my degree in School Counseling, I play volleyball during the week, and love spending time with my family and friends. God has placed working with people on my heart and He has shown me so many ways to do that. Vision has allowed me to use my skills to help bring to life what our clients want in their home. Working and seeing their reaction to the end product is worth every bit of work.

The best part about working at Vision Construction is the team and our core values. It’s easy to work for a company that truly values its employees. Every day at Vision Construction presents a different set of challenges, which I welcome. Each challenge offers me the opportunity to develop innovative solutions and systems that prepare us for whatever we may encounter. With a background in theming for zoos and aquariums throughout the U.S., I have extensive experience in 3D modeling and design, as well as a passion for sculpting that allows me to bring creative visions to life. I embrace the unknown that each day brings, knowing that my skills and creativity will help tackle any challenge. My favorite parts of life involve exploring the amazing places, nature, and animals that God has created. Life on Earth is short, go explore it.
