What do you love about working at the company? I enjoy taking a client’s concept and turning it into a reality. I love solving problems as a team and figuring out how to adapt with each environment that we work in. I enjoy working with a great team, because we work efficiently together and have fun while doing it.

I love working at Vision construction because it allows me to bring creativity and craftsmanship together. Being apart of a small team gives me the opportunity to work closely with clients, ensuring that each project is unique and personalized. It’s fulfilling to see a vision come to life and know that I’ve played a role in building a spaces where people create memories.

What do you love about working at the company? I love that I get to build and transform things with my hands everyday.  It is a reflection of how God created me and made me new. It is a huge blessing that I get to do that with such a talented and tight-knit team. Every day is an opportunity to learn and grow while using the talents that God gave me.  

What I like best about working for Vision.

The large variety of projects that we do from, bathroom renovations to whole house renovation and additions.

What motivates me? Life! You never know when it will be your last day or chance to make an impact on those around you, so don’t hesitate to let others know how you feel about them and what they mean to you.

My hobbies are hiking, camping and working with my search and rescue team, Ohio LandSAR, helping people has always been a real passion for me and going out and searching for a lost loved one is a great way of doing that.

I love working at Vision Construction because it’s like working with family, we all get along and like to mess with each other. I’m motivated to help our customers make their home feel special to them. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and friends and being in nature.

Working at Vision has been an incredible experience. I love coming to work with a great group of guys who enjoy each other’s company and building fun, unique remodels. My favorite parts of the job are seeing the end product of a tiling job or working to create custom built-ins for our clients. I’m motivated by seeing the end vision of our project but doing it with the quality of what I would want done in my home. Outside of work I am a Masters student getting my degree in School Counseling, I play volleyball during the week, and love spending time with my family and friends. God has placed working with people on my heart and He has shown me so many ways to do that. Vision has allowed me to use my skills to help bring to life what our clients want in their home. Working and seeing their reaction to the end product is worth every bit of work.

Every day at Vision Construction presents a different set of challenges, which I welcome. Each challenge offers me the opportunity to develop innovative solutions and systems that prepare us for whatever we may encounter. With a background in theming for zoos and aquariums throughout the U.S., I have extensive experience in 3D modeling and design, as well as a passion for sculpting that allows me to bring creative visions to life. I embrace the unknown that each day brings, knowing that my skills and creativity will help tackle any challenge. My favorite parts of life involve exploring the amazing places, nature, and animals that God has created. Life on Earth is short, go explore it.
