When we embark on your remodeling project, we take things step by step, with your vision as our guide.
A basement finish can range between $30,000 to $50,000 (per 1000 SF) for a basic basement remodel to $50,000 to $95,000+ (per 1000 SF) for a high level basement remodel. Cost is dependent on the size of the space and the complexity of the project. You can find out more HERE.
Our quote will provide a complete timeline breakdown for the length of the project, but it is all contingent on how intricate the basement remodel is.
Vision proceeds with installation when we have secured all necessary permits for the project.
We do not use customer provided materials because Vision cannot guarantee those products under our 10 year warranty. Vision is confident in the quality of the product we are supplying for your home.
We value our customer’s help, and will work with you to ensure that if you are doing any of the work it doesn’t interfere with our warrantied construction process.
A basement bathroom is still a large undertaking and Vision will happily undertake a basement bathroom project.
Most of our customers access renovation loans through their banks. We do not offer in-house financing at this time.
Our workmanship has a 10 year warranty. The premium products we install each have their own generous manufacturers warranty.
Yes, we are fully insured. We carry a $4M general liability insurance policy and all the Bureau of Workers Compensation requirements for all our internal team members and require the same for all our trade partners. Certificates are available upon request.
